HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE - What better way to celebrate the beginning of 2019 than sharing a special wedding from the previous year! 5th September 2018 was the day our buddies Abbi & Matt tied the knot at the stunning North Devon venue Ash Barton Estate. Abbi & Matt chose a mix of bespoke and DIY hand made details for their wedding day which included belting out Queen songs during their ceremony, evening sparklers, home baked cakes, hand painted stationery and more. This wedding day is bound to give you the all the feels so read on for heartwarming photos, beautiful details and top tips from the bride herself - Enjoy! Wedding day photography by Grace Elizabeth Photo & Film.

Abbi was keen to use stars within the couple’s bespoke wedding designs; from her clothing and jewellery to their home furnishings stars always feature and so this is where their invitation artwork began. We had previously created a portrait for the couple and this paired with a constellation motif became the backbone of their stationery.

We met with Matt and Abbi to chat about the feel they wanted to create for their wedding day and although formal they still wanted their invitations to feel fun. The gold detail gave an element of glamour and the sleek, slim shape kept it feeling like guests were invited to a black tie affair.

Ash Barton Estate is an exclusive use venue nestled in the North Devon countryside; chapel, party barn, farmhouse with kitchen and rooms for guests to stay, pool, games room, not to mention the view; this venue was perfect for Abbi & Matt who, with the help of friends and family, did everything from a big welcome BBQ to baking their own wedding cake before the official celebrations had even begun.

Their day had all the glamour of a (big) vintage white wedding - tuxedoes and all, but with the warmth of an intimate family celebration; this couple took their time spending a couple of years planning a day right for them. Read on for top tips from the DIY bride herself, our beautiful pal Abbi…

Find a venue that works for you: We knew from day one that we did not want a venue that you rock up to, in a hotel, and stay for 10 hours whilst making small talk at the shared bar with another wedding, or worse some sort of business convention. No, no, no. Luckily the year before we got engaged one of my best friends got married at a venue with accommodation for guests and it helped in our wedding venue hunt so much.

More than just one day: We knew we wanted our guests there to celebrate with us the night before and night of the wedding; with ours being a DIY wedding this venue also gave us the chance to get in and decorate the day before (which actually turned into 2 days before, what a dream!). Also having guests coming from such a mix of locations from Birmingham, Bristol, Torquay and Plymouth we tried to find a venue somewhat in the middle, and chanced upon North Devon and our incredible venue, Ash Barton Estate.

Look and feel: Think about what you want your day to look and feel like, do you want guests there over night all mucking in, having a bbq and sitting by the fire pit. Do you want kids (and many adults) running around, playing on trampolines and fighting about air hockey. Do you want a self serving bar for your guests to enjoy… because we did!

For big family weddings having guests stay on site at the venue is a great idea, everyone was free to head back to their rooms to change out of heels/grab a jumper/take kids for a nap, but of course you don’t want anyone to miss any of the action. We created this Order of the Day sign featuring their bespoke constellation illustration to keep all the guests up to date with what was happening when.

Pastel florals with coral pink pops of colour created by Sophie Millington looked beautiful throughout the venue across the stone buildings and hanging foliage.

You cannot ever re-do you wedding photos: … so make damn sure your photographer can create what you are looking for. As you might have guessed from above, our wedding was a family affair, full of kids and so many of our friends chipping in and becoming immersed in the whole experience with us. We were not going to be able to capture the feel of this in posed, poised photos. We needed natural, candid shots throughout the day, and this is exactly why we went with Grace and Mitch. I had met them even before we got engaged, whilst Grace was still a student, as I helped on a styled shoot (with none other than Dearly Beloved). Grace and Mitch were shooting me throughout the day and made me feel so comfortable, when the photos came back in I felt she had captured me so well, laughing, joking, and relaxed. So, as soon as we got engaged we contacted Grace and as soon as the venue had confirmed dates we booked her there and then. Not only does Grace have this ability, but so does her (now) husband Mitch, and having them both there on the day meant while Grace stayed with the bridal party Mitch could shoot the boys, guests arriving, last minute touches to the venue, etc. When getting the photos back these were all the moments I’d missed but now could some how relive. Grace’s style is dreamy, relaxed and natural and Matt knew early on he wanted something like this. Getting those photos back a month all two later will bring it all back to you, emotions will be running high! There is nothing like it, these are the tokens from the day you will keep forever so again, make it work for you!

Abbi&Matt-GraceElizabethPhoto&Film-265.jpg

Plan a wedding you can afford: Unless you have been told, do not assume your family have been squirrelling away pennies for your big day. It’s not the 1950s! We decided on a budget of £6000 and for that we know we could get all the things we really wanted. Also our venue was a beautiful setting and completely DIY so it did some of the work for us but also allowed us to put out stamp on it. The £6000 did turn into £9000 after family members did want to contribute, but this money went on adding those finishing touches. We paid for the registrar to come to the venue (costing £500, instead of a 2 witness ceremony the day before which would have been £45), for the band to stay on for an extra hour, for a bigger hog roast to feed our guests, more flowers to help set off the tables during high tea as well as hiring more crockery and buying in all the majority of the high tea food. All these things made the day a little easier on me (the bride) too as many of these things were on my list of things to beg, borrow, make or steal!

Working with Dearly Beloved: Well as Abi and Ben have been dear friends of mine for 7 years this was a no-brainer for me, but when I met Matt his love of illustration made it even more clear that their work was the perfect fit for us. So, disclaimer, we love these guys… and might be a little bit biased, so I have written this more as a ‘tips’ during the bespoke design process. The beauty of working with a husband and wife team is that you get the best of both worlds. In this case, it is the blend of two styles: Abi being much more free, traditionally feminine and mostly hand painted; Ben being more clear, clean and digitally created - Abi and Ben married the clean and hand painted perfectly. We also kept in some of the hand painted elements I loved by using the portrait Abi had made for us for our save the dates (P.S if you are reading this as a wedding guest rather than bride, buy a freaking portrait for a wedding present, it is the best thing ever and so personal!). Also, if you want to be a fancy pants like us, get the gold foiling, it is delicious and your friends will swoon over it! the biggest lesson we learned was to have conversations and ask questions in those first few meetings/chats, the more you ask in the beginning the more you will love your designs.

There are so many wonderful memories but definitely meeting Pete after walking down the aisle.

Do you have any tips for couples in the process of wedding planning?
Don’t get too bogged down with Fashionable  items or the current Fad, stick to classic designs and decor that you can look back on in in years to come. Also try and make it personal and include things that tell your story. Remember to have fun, it should be a fun experience planning your dream day.

There were many personal touches in your wedding decor including the illustrations we created for your table names of animals from Peru, what is your connection?
Pete and I actually met in Peru, we were both travelling on a G adventures tour and have been inseparable since. So Peru is a very important part of our story.

We were honoured that you chose us to create the stationery for your wedding day, what did you enjoy about working with us?
You were amazing, you produce unique, innovative and fun designs that are still beautiful and elegant. Everyone at Dearly Beloved was happy to be creative with our Peru theme and was so quick and efficient. The products were beautiful and excellent quality. We will definitely be using you again.

REAL WEDDING // Sara & Sarah - Swallows & Amazons inspired Salcombe celebration

emmabarrow_sarasarah-639.jpg

We are thrilled to be sharing this joyful wedding day! Abi met with Sara & Sarah back in the wintery months of last year to begin planning their bespoke stationery, seeing these beautiful shots of their big day by Emma Barrow has brought the biggest smile to our faces. We just know you're going to love seeing how they made their celebration their own, keep on scrolling for love, laughter and a whole lot of inspiration...

Arthur Ransome's 'Swallows and Amazons' was the starting point for this couple's invitation design. Sara & Sarah sent us the original map illustration and we also looked at some of the newer versions of the vintage book covers to influence their design. We decided on a mix of watercolour painting and digital drawing with a little pirate twist for their postcard style invitations and RSVP  cards.

It was really important to this super couple that their coastal hometown Salcombe played a big part in their wedding day; as well as hosting their celebration at seafront venue the Salcombe Harbour Hotel Sara & Sarah led their guests through the town and aboard The Rivermaid for a mini cruise before partying the night away.

REAL WEDDING // OUR WEDDING DAY - DEARLY BELOVED GET HITCHED

Abi&Ben-708.jpg

One of the absolute highlights of 2017 was when we tied the knot, it was genuinely one of the best days we have ever had; we were lucky enough to be surrounded by the people we love for a whole weekend of celebrating and vowing to be best friends forever in our home town of Plymouth.

From beginning to end the whole weekend was about love, laughter and family and we just had the most beautiful time. EMBRACE the traditions you love and DITCH the ones you don't and above all else HAVE FUN.

We really wanted to follow the advice we give to other couples to not get bogged down with conventions that didn't suit us for our wedding; in so many ways our wedding was beautifully traditional, but we loved adding a couple of touches to keep it feeling like "us" (including a few feminist twists).

Photography by our talented friend Emma from Freckle Photography

Dearly Beloved_Abi&Ben_Friday-57.jpg

We kicked off the weekend with a tiny legal wedding ceremony followed by champagne by the sea and an intimate dinner with our immediate families.

Dearly Beloved_Abi&Ben_Friday-37.jpg
Dearly_Beloved_Abi&Ben_Friday-95.jpg

It was really important to us to get married at somewhere that meant something to us, since Plymouth has been such a huge part of our story we really wanted to get married in our hometown and it definitely had to be by the sea.

Our flowers were created by florist and jewellery designer Clare Elizabeth Kilgour, who did an amazing job. We love the wild natural shapes she creates with her arrangements; we really left it up to her to create whatever she wanted, they just turned out beautifully.

We both really wanted to feel comfortable and like the best version of ourselves on our wedding day... Ben wore his trusty Next navy wool 3 piece suit (that he already owned and always feels good in) with a mustard gold knitted skinny tie and white shirt; he also wore cufflinks stamped with with coordinates to Portminster Beach, St Ives (where we filmed our wedding announcement/engagement video) and a custom tie clip both from designer maker Copper Poppy found on Etsy.

Dearly Beloved_Abi&Ben-238.jpg

We didn't have a formal wedding party with bridesmaids and groomsmen but instead had our immediate family walk down the aisle with us and stand by our side while we said our vows. Our sisters wore a white dress of their choice with a flower corsage and our brothers and nephew wore blue suits and light gold knitted skinny ties.

Dearly Beloved_Abi&Ben-144.jpg
Dearly Beloved_Abi&Ben-224.jpg

Abi: I knew two things before I even tried anything on ...that a traditional white dress just wouldn't feel right and that I wanted a cape! I wanted to be comfortable but still like the sassiest version of myself! Dressmaker Ailsa Munro created a wide legged jumpsuit for me with a floor length cape and rose gold leather flower detail on the shoulders. In the evening I slipped into a backless rose gold full sequin dress for dancing.

Our official wedding began the day after with a ceremony at Ocean Studios, Royal William Yard. Primarily an art gallery and artist studio space weddings are new to Ocean Studios and we were overjoyed to be the first couple to tie the knot in such a beautiful spot. We both really love the aesthetic of honest spaces that still have the charm of their original purpose, the whole of RWY is made up of old Navy buildings and Ocean Studios just had the right feel, both historical and industrial, so many of our guests commented on how it space "was SO us". We hired holiday apartments at Royal William Yard and spent the whole weekend there with our close family and friends.

Dearly Beloved_Abi&Ben-230.jpg
Dearly Beloved_Abi&Ben-019.jpg

In terms of colour scheme we weren't worried about things "matching" but wanted to blend colours and styles that were right for the spaces we were in. We had lots of different golds, yellows, coppers and oranges with touches of pink and red and blue as an accent colour. We also collected over 70 glass bottles and jars of all different shapes and sizes, including Plymouth Gin bottles which Clare Kilgour filled with flowers.

Dearly Beloved_Abi&Ben-246.jpg

The wedding stationery we designed featured mid century inspired illustrations of birds and florals and hand drawn modern calligraphy; it was important to us to design the stationery together and so Ben drew the illustrations and Abi created the lettering.

We really wanted our wedding ceremony to be a celebration of us and our families coming together; we wrote the ceremony ourselves with the guidance of Abi's parents church Pastor who conducted the ceremony. Instead of hymns we sang motown songs such as 'Let's Stay Together' by Al Green and 'Higher and higher' by Jackie Wilson; we had a sand ceremony in which we mixed together sand from Jamaica and Cyprus (places important to our families' history) to symbolise our union; we also had had a ring warming where before we exchanged rings they were passed around all of our guests so that they could place well wishes upon them.

One of the traditions we broke was to give our wedding speech together, after all we had just vowed to spend the rest of our lives together, why not start with the speech.

Dearly Beloved_Abi&Ben-664.jpg
Dearly Beloved_Abi&Ben-672.jpg

Ben's twin sister Lucy and her husband are musicians in Royal Marines Band and they played us into our reception at The Loft with a surprise rendition of some of our favourite songs on clarinet and ukulele, they included a few that had featured in our ceremony and Ben's late Grannie's favourite song. It was so special to us and a definite highlight of the day.

Dearly Beloved_Abi&Ben-670.jpg

We had planned a surprise evening boat trip before our reception but when the time came around the sea was pretty rough and we had to abandon our plans - It just goes to show you can't plan for everything and you just have to "go with the flow" and everyone still had a wonderful time. After a delicious Caribbean wedding breakfast catered by Mama Rita's Afro Caribbean Pot we danced the night away to live music from 8 piece funk and soul band Freshly Squeezed.

WEDDING HIGHLIGHTS
Having Pastor Cassius conduct our wedding ceremony will always be so important to us, the whole ceremony was very personal and an absolute joy from beginning to end, we just couldn't stop smiling. Walking down the aisle with our families; Ben chose to be given away by his Mum and Abi was given away by her Dad. Walking into our reception in such a special way ...AND we also had glitter confetti cannons which was pretty incredible.

TOP PLANNING TIPS
Just do what makes you happy! There were many moments when people told us "you can't do that - it's a wedding!" You have to wear a dress, you can't see each other on the morning of the wedding, you should get married in a church... Many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they had ever been to (which is just so amazing to hear) from beginning to end the whole weekend was about love, laughter and family and we just had the most beautiful time. At the end of the day a wedding is a celebration of you both and your lives coming together, EMBRACE the traditions you love and DITCH the ones you don't and above all else HAVE FUN.

Let's talk about big white weddings... While they are absolutely stunning, they just aren't for everyone. There are so many engaged couples out there who struggle to plan their wedding because they just don't see themselves in the pages of the big magazines. It's easy to get overwhelmed with nerves about how to style their big day because some traditions just don't suit them; your wedding can and should be a reflection of everything you love (how often do you get to throw the party of a lifetime and celebrate your love for each other?) Make it all about you!

These Frock The HIghstreet  jumpsuits are a stunning choice for an alternative wedding outfit.

For this mini styled shoot by Margo R Photography she was influenced by a couple of different things; Solange's iconic wedding bicycle and afro hairstyle and bold, vibrant colours and geometric shapes.

Check out our Pinterest board: COLOUR for more inspiration for modern couples... Relaxed yet glamorous, contemporary yet elegant, vibrant and above all else FUN.

A Bohemian elopement with a touch of Viking spirit...

VikingWeddingStyledShoot-18.jpg

This elopement styled shoot was inspired by Viking seafarers and a love of all things bohemian; what is it Ewan McGregor says in Moulin Rouge... the bohemian ideals are freedom, beauty, truth, and love? Well if your wedding celebrates those biggies then you're off to a good start.

This shoot coordinated by photographer Mila Kos was photographed on the stunning Wembury Devonshire coastline and is the perfect inspiration for an outdoors boho celebration with a touch of raw Viking spirit.

VikingWeddingStyledShoot-29.jpg

The romantic wedding dress designed by SAJA is available from Rock the Frock stockist The Wedding Hub. Such an elegant shape but with softly dropped shoulders for added drama.

VikingWeddingStyledShoot-57.jpg

Our Flora & Fauna wedding invitation and RSVP card was edited to suit the deep reds, pinks and purples of the shoot. (If you love one of our designs but you're not sure the colour scheme would suit your day just get in touch to see if we can edit the design to coordinate with the rest of your celebration.)

Devon Wed Meet Up // Inspiration for creative coastal wedding celebrations

This summer we were invited to join a team of fellow Devon wedding suppliers to create a coastal inspired look for couples planning weddings by the sea - The perfect theme for our beautiful county.

Hazel Parsons, organiser of the Devon Wed Meet Up (a great event for networking with other creative suppliers) coordinated with the team over at The Duke of Cornwall Hotel, Venetia Norrington Photography and a whole host of other talented folks to bring together these ideas for nautical nuptials... And then we all had delicious cocktails - An amazing day, right?

The hardest thing about having a wedding theme is knowing how much detail to add... You want to theme to be obvious enough that it's noticed but of course still be as elegant (it's your wedding after all). These delicate floral arrangements from The Velvet Daisy and added decorative touches from The Wedding Hub are a great example of how a wedding concept can come together with style.

Real wedding // Rachel & Sam, Seafront love on Porthilly Farm

Wow! Things have been a little crazy at DB HQ (especially as we have decided to join the Mr & Mrs club too); however we couldn't let another week pass without sharing one of the weddings we have been lucky enough to work on this year.

Rachel & Sam were local enough for us to meet up for a couple of coffees (and smoothies) to help plan their big day; with inspiration from classic letterpess designs, paper pom poms, Rachel's meticulous wedmin skills and a whole lot of love we think you'll agree this wedding day was glorious. Photography by Nick Reader.

S&R-184.jpg

After a traditional wedding ceremony at a church close to Rachel's heart the celebrations continued with dinner and dancing at Porthilly Farm, an amazing seafront venue in Cornwall.

Here's what our bride had to say about planning their nuptials...

Why did you decide to have bespoke wedding stationery?
We wanted our mark on the day - something unique to us!

You were super hot on your wedding planning, can you give our followers 3 top tips?
Be organised, be honest with people, don't overthink every decision - it will all be fine!

The fun pom pom decorations from Pom Pom Studios  were the inspiration for our illustrated motif that was echoed throughout Rachel & Sam's stationery.

The fun pom pom decorations from Pom Pom Studios were the inspiration for our illustrated motif that was echoed throughout Rachel & Sam's stationery.

What was the biggest surprise of the day?
No real surprises, as I'm too organised! But I hadn't seen the band [Soulfire] and they were absolutely perfect so my risk paid off! Check them out here

And if you had to pick one moment what was the most memorable part of the day?
For Sam it was the said the first dance, I would say just enjoying everyone that came to celebrate, it was all very overwhelming - all my favourite people in one place!

Bespoke wedding stationery for Heather, Chris (...and Iris)

Summer 2017 is flying by! It was an absolute joy working with Heather and Chris who tied the knot last weekend, wishing them all the happiness!

"Absolute 5* service from beginning to end. To be able to convey what I wanted through email and for the team to completely understand and design exactly what it is I wanted baffles me! So talented, friendly and fun to work with. Cannot Thank you enough for the amazing designs for our wedding! We will send photos!"  Heather, May 2017

We created a suite of bespoke wedding stationery for this awesome couple including a portrait of them and their lovely pup Iris, a custom illustrated floral pattern, signage for the big day and a table plan featuring hand drawn herbs to coordinate with their table names.

Ed & Zoe - A real Cornish Country Farm Wedding

Ed & Zoe got in touch with us after spotting our designs on Instagram; the couple were planning a traditional church ceremony followed by fun marquee celebration on their parents farm and asked us to create stationery to suit the laid back style of their big day. Read on to see how their beautiful Cornish country farm wedding came together... Wedding day photography by the talented Christian Michael Photography.

Here's what Zoe had to say about working with us... "Having Dearly Beloved create our wedding stationery is something I'm truly thankful for. From the initial meeting with Abi our vision was perfectly captured and it was so exciting when our beautiful invites finally arrived. So many of our guests contacted us once they'd received their invites to say how fabulous they were and that they'd not seen anything like them before (yay). It gave people a little taster of our wedding style and what was to come. The stationery for the wedding day itself was just incredible. Again, we received so much positive feedback from guests with how quirky it looked."

REAL BRIDE TAKEOVER // A vintage newspaper wedding

Today we hear from Jayne Freer our real bride, PR guru and now Dearly Beloved guest blogger, read on to hear how she found planning her glamorous, newspaper inspired wedding day.

Photograph by Paul Slater

Photograph by Paul Slater

Guest wedding blogger Jayne Freer works as a PR Consultant in Devon helping small businesses promote their brand through media exposure whether it be digital, in print, TV, radio or through social media channels.

"Planning and organising your wedding is an exciting time of your life, but can also be very time consuming and stressful. One minute your partner is down on one knee, the next you’re buried waist-high in piles of cuttings from bridal magazines, juggling ideas for themes, creating colourful online mood boards, and wondering ‘Do I really have enough time to plan it all to perfection?’

Dearly Beloved designed a newspaper style header which featured across the bespoke stationery including the table plan. Photograph by Paul Slater

As a journalist my entire working life has revolved around being organised and working to strict deadlines. It was no different in planning our big day. When it came to finding wedding service providers a crucial element was finding people that were as organised as me, and that I could trust to deliver the goods on time.

It was also essential for us to use as many regional suppliers as possible to ensure the cash we were splashing (and trust me, it was a lot) supported some of the fabulous local businesses we have in the South West.

Venue - Glazebrook House Hotel , South Brent

Venue - Glazebrook House Hotel, South Brent

With so many stunning locations and potential wedding venues to choose from in the Westcountry, we were spoilt for choice. We opted for the eight-bedroomed Glazebrook House Hotel in South Brent. Behind the quintessentially English facade lies an interior that is an artistic triumph. It was its quirky British vintage vibe and restaurant headed up by Michelin-starred chef and former Masterchef winner Anton Piotrowski, that won us over.

So with venue booked it was time to piece together the rest of the day, from wedding dress and accessories, to cake, flowers and stationery, it was full steam ahead.

I am delighted to say that the small, local businesses I found to help me pull together the remaining elements of our wedding were professional to the core. They included Kye Tew Jewellery of Exeter who handmade my gorgeous vintage bridal headpiece and back necklace, talented cake maker Laura, of Sugar Mamas Cakery in Tavistock, who raved about my rather unconventional but funky three-tiered cube cake complete with flakes of gold leaf, and Honors Flowers who put together stunning bouquets for my bridal party.

To help us relive the memories of our fabulous day in months and years to come, we chose the visionary eye of Paul Slater Images Ltd (a former newspaper photographer colleague of ours) to take the pictures along with ex-Royal Marine Sean Clee as a our videographer. Both captured our day perfectly and exactly to our specification.

To add the finishing touches to our vintage newspaper-themed wedding (my husband also a journalist) we needed someone with a creative eye to design our stationery.

It was then I discovered Abi & Ben of Dearly Beloved in Plymouth. From the outset she was genuinely thrilled to take our rather unusual brief and get cracking in creating a uniform style for all our invites, menus, table plan and Orders of Service.

"We had so much fun working with Jayne & Bill. To include their journalism background they embraced their love of words with a series of quotes about love and life which featured on invitations, order of service booklets, menus and table plan." Abi & Ben, Dearly Beloved

Nothing was too much trouble and any tweaks we needed were instantly done and together we came up with something quite unique that our guests absolutely adored.

Looking back over the last 12 months of planning our big day I can honestly say I’ve worked with some of the most experienced and professional people here in the Westcountry. Who needs to look elsewhere which such talent on our doorsteps?"

Huge thanks to Jayne for sharing her story; personalised wedding's like Jayne and Bill's are what we at Dearly Beloved are all about.  Get in touch to talk about how we can create a bespoke look for your wedding celebration.

When Emma from Best Day Ever was on the look out for creative suppliers to help out with an alternative styled shoot we jumped at the chance to get involved. Influenced by her love of rich Eastern fabrics and colour this look has all the glamour of a traditional Indian wedding but with a laid back modern twist.

Florals by Bloom & Florish . Photo by Freckle Photography

We looked to everything from indian mandalas, jewelled sarees and moroccan henna to design this fresh suite of stationery. And for that extra special touch we collaborated with the talented folk over at The Foil Invite Co. who added the delicate gold foiling.

Our Story

Photograph by Dom Moore

Photograph by Dom Moore

Happy Birthday to us! We have been working together as Dearly Beloved for just over a year now, but we have been "Ben and Abi" for a lot longer. We met at Plymouth University where we were both studying Illustration, fast forward 8 years and we are working together from our home studio on Plymouth's Barbican... Most days you will find us drawing, singing badly/loudly and providing other couples with great design.

We love designing creative wedding invitations for our clients and as freelance illustrators bespoke projects are our speciality - it's always so exciting drawing those initial pencil sketches and figuring out how best to represent each couple on paper.

We obviously love making wedding specific artwork but it's not all we do!

Abi: Ben is always drawing, he makes really fun digital images but they always comes from a pencil drawing (buried in the pages of one of his sketchbooks). It never gets old peering over his shoulder to see what he's working on! I always thought it would be a nightmare working together but it's pretty great looking up and seeing your best friend!
